Terms of Use

CelebWay lets creators publish looks and tag the products in them, and lets visitors browse those looks and follow links to third-party retailers. We do not sell products. Purchases are made directly with the retailer, under the retailer's own terms, prices, delivery and return policies.

Many product links are affiliate links. When you buy through them, we may receive a commission from the retailer or its affiliate network, at no extra cost to you. Prices, availability and product details are set by the retailer and may change; we are not responsible for them.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for everything you post, and you must have the rights to the photos, videos and text you upload.
• Tagged products must genuinely relate to your look. Misleading, spam or fraudulent links are not allowed.
• You must not generate artificial clicks or purchases, including clicking your own links to inflate results.
• Your share of commissions, how it is calculated and when it is paid are set out in your creator agreement with Drinky. Commissions are only shared once the retailer has confirmed them; returned, cancelled or fraudulent orders earn nothing.

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting it, you give Drinky a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and promote it on and in connection with CelebWay. You can delete your posts at any time.

You must not use CelebWay to post unlawful, infringing, hateful or explicit content, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the service or its tracking. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Drinky is not liable for products bought from retailers, for third-party websites, or for indirect losses arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed; continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
