Privacy Policy

CelebWay is operated by Drinky (Georgia), which is responsible for the personal data described here.

• Creator accounts: email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), display name, handle, and the profile details and content you add.
• Clicks on product links: when you tap Shop, we record which link was clicked, the time, your browser's user agent, the referring page, and a one-way hash of your IP address. We never store your IP address itself.
• Purchases reported by retailers: affiliate networks tell us an order reference, order value, commission and status. We do not receive your name, address or payment details.

• cw_vid: an anonymous random identifier, set when you click a product link, used to count unique visitors. Kept for up to one year.
• cw_session: keeps creators and administrators signed in. Removed when you log out or the session expires.
• When you follow an affiliate link, the retailer and its affiliate network may set their own cookies to attribute your purchase. Their use is governed by their privacy policies.

• To run creator accounts and show their looks.
• To attribute purchases to the creator whose look led to them and pay their share of commission.
• To measure clicks and prevent fraud and abuse.

We do not sell personal data.

We use service providers to host the site and its database. When you follow an affiliate link, a click reference is passed to the retailer's affiliate network so the sale can be attributed. A creator's public profile and posts are visible to everyone.

Account data is kept while the account exists. Click and sales records are kept as long as needed for attribution, payments, accounting and fraud prevention.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used, under the data protection law of Georgia and any other law that applies to you. Creators can edit their profile and delete posts in their dashboard at any time.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. See also our Terms of Use.
